The Simple Workout Planner creator ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and disclosed by Simple Workout Planner.

Our app collects the following types of information:

- Purchase and subscription data: purchase status, subscription identifiers, App Store receipt data, Google Play purchase-token hashes, and sanitized receipt metadata when you use in-app subscriptions.

Optional Product Analytics
Where available and allowed by you, we use PostHog to understand feature use and improve the app. In versions that support these consent controls, optional analytics is off until you allow it. Availability and controls depend on your app version and configuration.
Optional events may include usage events, page names, timings, subscription or trial status, device, session and account identifiers, and plan or workout-session references. These events are not anonymous. We exclude fitness profile details and free-text feedback from optional analytics events.
Open Analytics choices while signed in, or Usage analytics where available, to review or change your choices:
- Device analytics applies only to this browser or app on this device.
- Account analytics applies to server-side events across your account, including background tasks and billing events. It is independent of device analytics; changing one choice does not change the other.
Once withdrawal is saved, new analytics requests within that choice's scope stop. This does not recall requests already sent or in flight, or erase historical data. If saving fails or the status is unavailable, reload and check the choice before assuming it changed. For data deletion requests, use the support details below.
These choices do not disable the account, billing and fitness-data processing needed to provide the service. Sentry crash, error and reliability diagnostics are separate from optional product analytics.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following situations:
- Service providers: vendors and contractors who support app operations.
- Legal requirements: when disclosure is required by law or valid governmental request.
- Business transfers: if a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets occurs.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. No internet transmission or storage method is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk and limit exposure.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights such as:

When account deletion is requested, we permanently remove your account profile and associated workout data from active systems except where retention is required by law, fraud prevention, tax, or other legal compliance obligations.
Data Retention
We retain account and workout data only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. Diagnostic logs are retained on a limited operational schedule.
Children's Privacy
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
